根据有关文件精神和要求,结合本公司实际情况,太原铁路建设有限公司加大了物资集中采购的执行力度,拓宽了物资集中采购的范围。笔者结合自己的工作经验,立足提高资源配置效率,就推行物资集中采购的重要意义和采购管理中存在的问题和困难提出了自己的看法,并对物资集中采购方案的强化以及降低项目物资成本的有效途径进行了积极探索。
