通过对北京市1475名公务员的问卷调查,对不同人口统计学特征的公务员的需要结构及其满足程度等进行了比较研究,进而发现国家机关在激励管理方面存在的问题。
Through the questionnaire survey of 1475 civil servants in Beijing, the author makes a comparative study on the structure of the civil servants with different demographic characteristics and their degree of satisfaction, and then finds out the problems of the state organs in the management of motivation.
