目的:建立快速鉴别中药凉茶颗粒的方法。方法:测定凉茶颗粒样品的二维及三维荧光光谱,提取图谱特征信息(λEx,λEm,IEx,IEm),比较不同品种、不同厂家及不同批次凉茶颗粒荧光光谱图的差异;利用SPSS 17.0软件对不同品种及不同厂家的产品进行分类及鉴别。结果:不同品种及不同厂家的凉茶颗粒荧光光谱图差异显著,而同品种同厂家不同批次的则差异极小;不同品种及不同厂家凉茶颗粒的判别分析结果与实际结果完全吻合。结论:结合荧光光谱法与计算机模式识别用于中药凉茶颗粒的分类和鉴别,方法简便、快捷、准确。
Objective: To establish a rapid identification of Chinese herbal tea granules method. Methods: The two-dimensional and three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of herbal tea samples were determined, and the characteristic information (λEx, λEm, IEx and IEm) was extracted to compare the difference of fluorescence spectra of herbal tea from different varieties, different manufacturers and different batches. Different varieties and different manufacturers of products for classification and identification. Results: There were significant differences in the fluorescence spectra of Herbal tea from different varieties and different manufacturers, while the differences between the same batch and different batches of manufacturers were very small. The discriminant analysis results of Herbal tea from different varieties and different manufacturers exactly matched the actual results. Conclusion: The combination of fluorescence spectrometry and computer pattern recognition is used for the classification and identification of herbal tea, which is simple, rapid and accurate.
