本文报告了茜甙对小鼠骨髓GM-CFU-C的影响与辐射防护作用。给小鼠分别口服茜甙10,50,100mg/鼠,于药后1,7h和1,3,7,14天测定骨髓内GM-CFU-C的含量,并在体外照射这些骨髓细胞,观察它对射线的防护作用。实验结果表明,茜甙对骨髓内GM-CFU-C数量和辐射敏感性呈现时相性的变化,即药后早期GM-CFU-C数量稍有下降,而辐射敏感性增加,7h后其数量明显增加,辐射敏感性降低呈现防护作用,药后14天GM-CFU-C数又显著下降,而辐射敏感性增加。
This article reports on the effects of glycosides on mouse bone marrow GM-CFU-C and radiation protection.
