目的了解高压氧配合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎的机制和确切疗效。方法对15例霉菌性阴道炎患者进行向高压氧舱内加压缩空气(当治疗压力为2.0ATA时,开始戴面罩吸纯氧60分钟,中间休息10分钟)治疗,同时配合制霉菌素栓剂或片剂,每晚1粒(10万U)或1片(50万U),连用7～10日。结果本组15例患者通过高压氧配合药物治疗后都得到了不同程度的治愈。结论高压氧配合药物治疗霉菌性阴道炎疗效可靠。 Objective To understand the mechanism and exact effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drugs in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis. Methods Fifteen patients with fungal vaginitis were treated with compressed air (2.0 Tesla when treatment pressure began to wear oxygen mask for 60 minutes, resting in the middle for 10 minutes), at the same time with nystatin suppository or Tablets, 1 capsule per night (100,000 U) or 1 tablet (500,000 U), once every 7 to 10 days. Results 15 patients in this group have been cured to varying degrees after hyperbaric oxygen and drug treatment. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen with drugs for the treatment of fungal vaginitis is reliable.
