文章结合与生产一线企业技术人员共同研讨《路基施工技术》课程的成果,确定了路基施工技术课程的教学项目、岗位设置及岗位职责,对该课程的教学模式进行了设计与创新,确定了“项目引领、岗位驱动、项目合同设计”的教学模式,促进了学生综合职业能力的培养。
