本文以战略人力资源管理理论和制度主义理论为基础,研究了战略、所有权、规模与企业年龄对企业人力资源管理实践的影响。结果显示,在转轨时期的我国企业,所有权对内部型人力资源管理实践有显著的正面影响,战略、规模与企业年龄能够部分预测企业的人力资源管理实践。在此基础上,本文提出了相关管理建议,指出了未来的研究方向。
Based on strategic human resource management theory and institutionalism theory, this paper studies the influence of strategy, ownership, scale and enterprise age on human resources management practice. The results show that in the transitional period, Chinese enterprises and ownership have a significant positive impact on the internal HR management practices. The strategy, scale and age of the enterprises can partially predict the HRM practices of enterprises. On this basis, this paper puts forward some relevant management suggestions and points out the future research direction.
