目的提取分析刺山柑种子中的挥发油。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取种子中的挥发油并采用GC-MS技术分离鉴定其中的挥发性成分。结果分离出7个成分,采用峰面积归一化法确定了各成分的相对含量,分别为66.5%双-2-乙基己基-己二酸、12.5%1-甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)苯、6%异硫氰酸异丙酯6%、6%异硫氰酸异丁酯、3.5%6-甲基-5-庚烯-2-酮、1.4%苯甲醛、0.8%苯乙醛。结论所建方法简便快捷、精密度高、准确性好,可用于维药刺山柑种子中挥发油的测定。
Objective To analyze the volatile oil in capers seeds. Methods The volatile oil in seeds was extracted by steam distillation and separated by GC-MS to identify the volatile components. Results Seven components were separated and the relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization method, which was 66.5% bis-2-ethylhexyl-adipic acid, 12.5% 1-methoxy-4-(1), respectively. -propenyl)benzene, 6% isopropyl isothiocyanate 6%, 6% isobutyl isothiocyanate, 3.5% 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, 1.4% benzaldehyde, 0.8 % phenylacetaldehyde. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, accurate, and accurate. It can be used for the determination of volatile oil in seeds of Capparis spinosa.
