球墨铸铁生产中孕育是一个重要的环节,它决定凝固时生成的金相组织。通常的孕育剂是Fe—Si75%。为提高孕育效果,本文试验了六种商品孕育剂(Fe—Si75%,Fe—Si—Mn —Al—Ca—Ba,Fe—Si—Ca—Al—Zr, Fe—Si —Ca—RE,Fe—Si—Ca—Ba—Al,Fe—Si—RE—Mg)和Fe—Si75%+Bi复合孕育剂在相同条件下进行比较。得到的结果是:单独使用Fe—Si75%在加入0.6%时效果最好。但是其他任何一种孕育剂的孕育效果都比Fe—Si75%来得好。在Fe—Si75%+(0.015—0.02%)Bi可以获得最好的孕育效果。相对石墨球数可增加75—125%。加入上述数量的Bi并不影响石墨形态和机械性能。图10幅,参考文献40种。
The production of ductile iron is an important part of the production, it determines the microstructure generated when solidified. The usual inoculant is Fe-Si 75%. In order to improve the effect of inoculation, six commercial inoculants (Fe-Si75%, Fe-Si-Mn-Al-Ca-Ba, Fe-Si-Ca-Al-Zr, Fe-Si-Ca-RE, Fe -Si-Ca-Ba-Al, Fe-Si-RE-Mg) and Fe-Si75% + Bi inoculant under the same conditions. The result is: 75% Fe-Si alone works best when 0.6% is added. However, the inoculation effect of any other inoculant is better than Fe-Si 75%. The best inoculation effect can be obtained with Fe-Si75% + (0.015-0.02%) Bi. The relative number of graphite balls can increase 75-125%. Adding the above amount of Bi does not affect the graphite morphology and mechanical properties. Figure 10, 40 references.
