(一)主轴结构座标镗床主轴的旋转精度、移动的直线性,刚度和寿命等对机床的切削精度(镗孔的不圆度、锥度)光洁度等影响较大。因此,不少厂家对主轴的结构设计和制造都下了很大功夫,从主轴结构形式的选择、润滑方法到刀具的夹紧机构等都有不断的改进。1.轴承形式采用滑动轴承的限中、小型机床,且占少数,而滚动轴承则被广泛采用。所用的滚动轴承有向心球轴承、向心推力球轴承、向心圆柱滚子轴承、圆锥滚子轴承,双列向心推力球轴承、双列向心推力圆锥滚子轴承、推力球轴承和推力向心球轴承
