培养联合作战指挥人才是我军建设的一项重大战略任务。应用SWOT分析法,客观分析我军联合作战指挥人才培养现状,提示我们,培养高素质联合作战指挥人才,必须把战略谋划转化为实际行动,把深化理论研究与推动实际工作结合起来,以创新的思维建立健全联合作战指挥体制、组织编制和人才培养制度体系,建立充分实现军事人才价值、有利于吸引保留联合作战指挥人才的选拔任用制度和工资待遇制度。
It is a major strategic task for our military to develop personnel for joint operations. Apply SWOT analysis method to objectively analyze the status quo of our military’s joint operations command personnel training and prompt us that to train high-quality joint operations commanders, we must turn strategic planning into practical actions, combine theoretical research with practical work, We should establish and improve a system of joint operations commanders, organization and system of personnel training and establishment of a system of selecting, appointing and retiring workers who will fully retain the value of military personnel and attract and retain joint operational commanders.
