本文报告了1986年以来,我们在全省范围内进行了10个县(点)大骨节病流行病学调查。1、材料选择不同主食、克山病区与非病区作为调查点,重点放在与我省毗邻有大骨节病发病的四川,西藏相连地带。普查对象为年龄在5~15岁的农业人口。2、10个点海拔分布在580~3310米之间,有克山病发病的点7个,以大米为主食的点8个,以玉米为主食的点1个,青稞为主食的点1个。临床共检查4978人,摄片4441人,未发现大骨节病人。有 X 线改变291人,占总摄片人数的6.6%,5~10岁有改变的占1.0%、11~15岁有改变占5.6%。男性检查2538人,有改变144人,占男性被检数5.7%,女性检查1903人,有改变147人,占女性被检数7.7%,各点检出率在4.0~9.3%之间。3、手部 X 线改变291人,其中干骺端改变检出278人,占总摄片数的6.1%,骨端改变22人,占总摄片数的0.49%,其内干骺端、骨端同时改变9人。干骺端改变表现为不规整及硬化,骨端改变表现为边缘尖锐及不整和凹入。4、10个点的儿童发硒值最低为0.067±0.054ppm,低于0.154±0.037ppm 的有6个点。主粮硒在0.008~0.026ppm之间的有8个点,有7个点是克山病区。

The lowest selenium value in children with 4 and 10 points was 0.067 ± 0.054ppm, and there were 6 points less than 0.154 ± 0.037ppm.
