为测试机器的动态机械效率,研制了可加变化载荷的机械效率试验台。试验台由机械传动、加载、计算机载荷采集、处理及控制等部分组成。通过对175F-1型柴油机和BJ130型变速箱的动态机械效率试验,表明该试验台可模拟实际载荷对机具动态加载,实现了机具动态载荷下机械效率测试。
In order to test the dynamic mechanical efficiency of the machine, a mechanical efficiency test stand was developed which can vary the load. Test bench by the mechanical transmission, loading, computer load acquisition, processing and control and other components. Through the dynamic mechanical efficiency test on 175F-1 diesel engine and BJ130 gearbox, it shows that this test rig can simulate the actual load to dynamically load the machine tool, and achieve the mechanical efficiency test under the dynamic load of the machine tool.
