以2015年自由式滑雪空中技巧国家队10名女子运动员为研究对象,对血红蛋白、血尿素、血清肌酸激酶三个指标进行监测与评价。结果显示:2015年夏训女子运动员的身体机能状态良好,从个别运动员来看,对运动训练负荷的适应情况及恢复情况波动较大。结论:运动员训练后,其血红蛋白值下降或低于正常值下限及血尿素值和肌酸激酶均呈现升高趋势并超过正常值,这表示机能水平下降、机体存在疲劳积累现象、恢复能力减慢、运动员机体适应运动负荷情况较差。通过定期系统测试和反馈,能够使教练员了解和掌握运动员对运动负荷的适应和恢复情况,为训练计划的制定和调整提供科学的依据。
Taking the 10 female athletes of freestyle skiing aerial skill national team in 2015 as the research object, the three indexes of hemoglobin, blood urea and serum creatine kinase were monitored and evaluated. The results show that in the summer of 2015, the female athletes’ body functions are in good condition. According to the individual athletes, the adaptability to the exercise training load and the recovery have a great fluctuation. CONCLUSIONS: After training, the hemoglobin value of the athletes decreased or fell below the lower limit of the normal range, and the blood urea and creatine kinases showed an upward trend and exceeded the normal values, which indicated that the functional level decreased, the body had the phenomenon of fatigue accumulation and the recovery ability slowed down , The athlete’s body to adapt to exercise load situation is poor. Through regular systematic testing and feedback, the trainer can understand and master the adaptation and recovery of the athlete to the exercise load, and provide a scientific basis for the formulation and adjustment of the training plan.
