文章通过对高校普系学生选修太极拳运动的情况展开初步调查后,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,针对普系学生对太极拳运动的认识程度进行详细调查,以及通过学习太极拳运动后,学生对太极拳运动的进一步了解进行研究分析,研究结果表明:太极拳是中华名族的精髓,是历史留下来的文化遗产,需要我们发扬光大。太极拳运动是一种不受时间、地点、环境、器械限制的,易于开展的运动,是一种适合于所有年龄段的人进行练习的运动。通过学习太极拳后,学生进一步的认识到太极拳对神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统都有一定的调节作用,并且对关节、心血管等疾病可以起到预防作用。另外,坚持练习太极拳运动,还可以消除疲劳,可以静心养性,陶冶情操。
Through the preliminary investigation on the selection of Taijiquan among college students in general colleges and universities, this paper conducts a detailed survey on the awareness of Taijiquan students through the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and data statistics, After the fist exercise, the students conducted a research and analysis on the further understanding of Taiji exercise. The results show that Taijiquan is the essence of the Chinese family and the cultural heritage left by history. It needs us to flourish. Tai Chi exercise is a sport that is easy to carry out regardless of time, place, environment and equipment. It is a sport suitable for people of all ages. After learning Taijiquan, students further recognize that Taijiquan has a certain regulatory function on the nervous system, cardiovascular system and respiratory system, and can prevent diseases such as joints and cardiovascular diseases. In addition, insist on practicing Taijiquan exercise, you can also eliminate fatigue, you can rest and recuperate, cultivate sentiments.
