鲁迅之所以成为二十世纪中国文化的巨人,伟大的思想家,其中的一大原因是他能够辩证地对待中西文化。他在猛烈抨击中国传统文化糟粕的同时,还能够认真地整理古籍并发掘和继承传统文化中的精华,面对西方文化,他绝不盲从,而是批判地吸收。鲁迅思想是受过尼采深刻影响的,但是作为一个伟大的文学家和思想家的鲁迅却并没有被尼采盲目地牵着鼻子走,而是根据中国社会的现实情况和自身的特定条件与尼采思想进行了有益的对接,寻求两者之间的最佳契合点,对之进行了合理接纳,对于尼采思想消极性的一面也进行了有力的批判。鲁迅这种自觉地文化选择意识对我们当今这个较为浮躁的快餐社会仍有着重要的现实意义。 One of the reasons why Lu Xun became the giant and great thinker of Chinese culture in the twentieth century was that he could treat Chinese and Western cultures dialectically.
