由交通部水运科学研究所彭传圣研究员承担的交通部人才培养项目“散货码头通过能力的动态研究”于2000年10月20日通过鉴定。该研究采用面向对象的计算机动画模拟工具,综合了国内外港口码头系统模拟研究工作的优点,在消化、吸收现有动画模拟工具性能的基础上,考虑了影响码头作业的各种随机或动态变化因素,开发出通用的专业化散货码头的动画模拟模型。该成果的特点是: ①.以基于对象的方法建立动画模拟模型,直观性强,手段先进; ②.建立的通用模拟模型适应研究各种随机或动态变化因素对港口通过能力和服务水平的影响,通用性强;
