细胞内抗体是指能够在细胞内特定区域特异性中和靶蛋白功能的抗体。内抗体技术是一种翻译后水平上抑制靶蛋白质功能的技术,已经成为一种功能基因组学研究的重要工具。本文综述了细胞内抗体转运和作用机制,分析了细胞内抗体技术和其他靶向敲除技术的优、缺点,以及细胞内抗体技术存在的问题及解决途径。 An intracellular antibody refers to an antibody that specifically neutralizes the function of a target protein in a specific region of the cell. Internal antibody technology is a post-translational technique that inhibits the function of target proteins and has become an important tool for functional genomics research. This review summarizes the mechanism of intracellular antibody transport, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of intracellular antibody and other targeted knockout techniques, and the problems existing in intracellular antibody technology and their solutions.
