在给定齿轮工况的基础上,对齿端修薄方法的适用条件、工作负荷影响及其修形量等问题进行了定量分析。研究结果表明,这种齿向修形方法对提高低速重载齿轮的承载能力有着重要的意义。
Based on the given gear condition, the suitable conditions of the end thinning method, the influence of work load and the amount of modification are quantitatively analyzed. The results show that this method of tooth profile modification is of great significance to improve the carrying capacity of low speed heavy-duty gear.
