企业文化是企业的灵魂,是企业发展的精神动力和和方向指引。随着我国市场经济不断发展,国有企业发展逐渐脱离了社会经济协调发展目标,引发了一系列不协调发展问题。因此当务之急要加强其企业文化创新,引导其朝着正确的轨道发展。本文从科学发展角度,提出了国有企业文化创新目标和模式,以为国有企业实施文化创新提供具体操作方法与条件参考。
Corporate culture is the soul of enterprises, is the spirit of enterprise development momentum and direction. With the continuous development of the market economy in our country, the development of state-owned enterprises has gradually departed from the goal of the coordinated development of social economy and triggered a series of uncoordinated development issues. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen its corporate culture innovation and guide it towards the right track. From the perspective of scientific development, this paper puts forward the goal and mode of cultural innovation of state-owned enterprises, in order to provide specific reference to the operation methods and conditions for the implementation of cultural innovation by state-owned enterprises.
