首次给出了带有耕作速度项的完整的宽窄齿耕作阻力预测模型。通过力学分析,把宽窄齿的耕作阻力分解成侧刃剪切阻力、底刃切削阻力、土壤挤压阻力、摩擦阻力和惯性力阻力,并应用土壤力学参数与加载速度的关系的研究成果,推导得到了上述阻力的显式表达式。耕作速度对阻力的影响体现在剪切阻力、摩擦阻力和惯性力阻力上。
For the first time, a complete width-narrow-tillage tillage resistance prediction model with tillage speed is given. Through mechanical analysis, the tillage resistance of broad and narrow teeth was decomposed into side edge shear resistance, bottom edge cutting resistance, soil extrusion resistance, frictional resistance and inertial resistance, and the results of the research on the relationship between soil mechanics parameters and loading speed were deduced. An explicit expression of the above resistance is obtained. The impact of the speed of cultivation on the resistance is reflected in shear resistance, frictional resistance and inertial resistance.
