控制性能标准(CPS)考核水平的提高是以增加发电机控制指令的下发次数为代价的。如果自动发电控制(AGC)机组调节频繁,机组煤耗和机组磨损会显著增加,导致机组发电效益下降。为了在保证较高CPS考核水平的同时减少发电机控制指令的下发次数,并且提高系统的鲁棒性,文中结合实际电网提出了一种能够在线调节比例积分(PI)控制器参数的AGC变论域模糊松弛控制方法。仿真结果表明,即使电网结构参数发生变化或受到较大随机干扰时,被控系统仍具有快速的负荷适应性、良好的抗扰动能力和很强的鲁棒性,且能在保证CPS考核合格率的同时,明显减少控制命令的下发次数和机组的反调次数。
