我们最近收治1例由于急性粒细胞型白血病引起的A型血型变异,现报道如下。女性,21岁,以低热、进行性面色苍白、头晕1个月于1985年7月2日住院。体检:外观重度贫血。T37.8℃,BP110/70mmHg。全身浅表淋巴结未触及。颈部、四肢皮肤可见散在性出血点。胸骨明显压痛,心肺(-)。肝肋下可触及,脾未触及。实验室检查:Hb3g、WBC16,000/mm~3,原始及早幼粒细胞占46％,血片中可见有核红细胞3％,血小板3.6万/mm~3。
