溴化潘克劳宁系一种新的非去极化肌肉松弛剂。临床应用证明,该药优于既有的一些肌松剂,特别适用于以下一些患者:①心血管功能不稳定的手术病人行全身麻醉时;②对常规治疗无反应的支气管痉挛患者;③因严重破伤风或中毒而肌肉痉挛、妨碍充分通气的患者;④不能维持正常呼吸的癫痫患者;⑤需行气管内插管而禁忌使用琥珀胆碱的患者。使用潘克劳宁的同时,应使患者适当地镇静,否则容易产生心理上的损害。其他的危险有呼吸器中断未及时发现,快速性心律失常,因药物互相作用而致肌肉松弛作用延长等。溴化潘克劳宁(Pancuronium Bromide),商品名潘龙(Pavulon),系1964年合成。它系按下列要求探索新肌松剂的结果:①非去极性;②作用出现迅速接近去极化肌松剂;③其作用容易逆转,而且可
