经过近20年的发展,苏州德胜洋楼成为国内木(钢)结构住宅行业的领军企业,因产品质量精良,员工工作满意度高而名扬海外。德胜总裁聂圣哲在多元文化的影响与多年管理经验的积累下,建立德胜文化管理模式,用企业制度实现企业价值观的落地,使德胜成为企业核心价值观管理的成功典范,为我国中小型企业的发展提供了研究与借鉴价值。本研究从德胜的企业价值观“诚实,勤劳,有爱心,不走捷径”出发,通过剖析圣哲思想的源头,结合德胜的管理实践,对圣哲思想从价值观管理和制度管理两方面进行系统性梳理,进一步提升企业管理对中西方管理模式的融合。
