对23个有代表性的土样进行铜形态分级分析和植物吸收试验。给果表明,本区主要土类中铜绝大部分(平均为92%)以AFe ox—Cu,CFeox—Cu和RES—Cu形态存在。pH、Eh高的石灰性旱地土壤铜对植物的可给性低。铜肥在OM—Cu低的土壤上可能普遍有效。DTPA对有机态铜的选择浸提性不好,而5.2%Naocl(pH8.5)溶液看来是一个比较有希望的浸提剂。
Twenty-three representative soil samples were subjected to copper morphological fractionation and plant uptake tests. Results showed that most of the copper in the main soils in the area (average 92%) existed in the form of AFe ox-Cu, CFeox-Cu and RES-Cu. Soil availability of copper in calcareous dryland soil with high pH and Eh is low. Copper fertilizers may be generally effective on low OM-Cu soils. DTPA is poorly selective for organic copper and the 5.2% Naocl (pH 8.5) solution appears to be a promising extractant.
