我公司在张家口医学院附属医院外科病房楼施工中,采用了提升脚手架工艺。该工程为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,全高41m,长57m,宽13m,层高4.2~3.7m,共10层。开间分6m、6.6m和7.2m三种;进深为5.7、4.2m(楼道宽3m)。按传统施工方法,脚手杆、脚手板、排木、铅丝等用量大,施工费用高,周期长,重复劳动多,每层均须搭、拆,效率低。针对上述问题,我们采用提升脚手架施工。实践表明,该工艺取得了较好的技术经济效果。一、施工方案 1.脚手架采用钢管搭设内脚手架,再从内脚手架上悬挑外脚手架,内外脚手架联成整体。
In the construction of the surgical ward building of the Affiliated Hospital of Zhangjiakou Medical College, our company adopted the scaffolding process.
