目的观察乳糖酶辅助治疗轮状病毒肠炎继发乳糖不耐受婴幼儿的疗效。方法 90例轮状病毒肠炎继发乳糖不耐受患儿均分为试验(A)组、无乳糖奶粉(B)组及对照(C)组,综合治疗基础上,A组加用进口乳糖酶制剂(含乳糖酶>4000活性酶单位/包)。B组予无乳糖奶粉喂养,比较三组疗效及病程。结果治疗72h后,A、B组总有效率均为83.3%,高于C组的43.3%(P<0.01)。A、B组平均病程为(4.15±1.25)d和(4.09±1.52)d,均短于C组的(6.09±0.58)d(P<0.05)。结论乳糖酶辅助治疗轮状病毒肠炎继发乳糖不耐受婴幼儿的疗效确切。
Objective To observe the efficacy of lactase in the treatment of infantile lactose intolerance secondary to rotavirus enteritis. Methods 90 cases of rotavirus enteritis secondary to lactose intolerance were divided into experimental group (A), lactose-free milk powder (B) group and control group (C). On the basis of comprehensive treatment, group A plus imported lactase Formulation (with lactase> 4000 active enzyme units / pack). B group fed lactose-free milk powder, compared the efficacy and duration of the three groups. Results After 72 hours of treatment, the total effective rate in group A and B was 83.3%, which was higher than that in group C (43.3%, P <0.01). The average course of disease in group A and group B was (4.15 ± 1.25) d and (4.09 ± 1.52) d, both shorter than that in group C (6.09 ± 0.58) d (P <0.05). Conclusion lactase adjuvant treatment of rotavirus enteritis secondary to lactose intolerance infants and children with the exact effect.
