目的探讨女性不孕不育的常见病因。方法对2008年3月至2011年3月在南乐县计划生育技术服务站就诊的680例不孕不育患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并且不孕时间均在2年以上。结果患者年龄25～35岁,月经基本正常,其中原发性不孕占58%,继发性不孕占42%。在引起女性原发性不孕的病因中内分泌因素为主要原因,在女性继发性不孕中主要为输卵管炎症因素。结论因女性不孕症的病因复杂,引起发病因素众多,其中输卵管因素和内分泌因素为主要发病原因,在治疗时应分清主次关系,以综合治疗为原则。
Objective To explore the common causes of female infertility. Methods The clinical data of 680 infertility patients from March 2008 to March 2011 in Family Planning Technical Service Station of Nanle County were analyzed retrospectively and the infertility time was over 2 years. Results The patients were 25-35 years old with basically normal menstruation, of which 58% were primary infertility and 42% were secondary infertility. In the cause of female primary infertility endocrine factors as the main reason, secondary infertility in women mainly for tubal inflammation. Conclusions Because of the complicated etiopathogenisis of female infertility, there are many factors that cause morbidity. Among them, tubal factors and endocrine factors are the main causes of morbidity. Primary and secondary relationships should be distinguished during treatment, and the principle of comprehensive treatment should be distinguished.
