目的:观察补骨脂复方对小鼠移植性肝癌H22实体瘤抑制作用及生存期的影响。方法:①抑瘤作用观察:小鼠接种H22腹水瘤后,造成移植性小鼠肝癌模型。随机分为阴性对照组(NS组)、阳性对照组(5-FU组)、补骨脂复方组、补骨脂组、蔻仁组,分别观察荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率。②生存期观察:造模方法同前,随机分为阴性对照组(NS组)、阳性对照组(5-FU组)、补骨脂复方组,观察其对荷瘤小鼠生命延长率的影响。结果:补骨脂复方组、补骨脂组、蔻仁组肿瘤抑制率分别为43.73%(P<0.05)、35.82%(P<0.05)、3.54%。阳性对照组(5-FU组)、补骨脂复方组生命延长时间分别为-15%、16%(P<0.05)。结论:补骨脂组有一定的抑制实体瘤生长的作用,蔻仁组对抑制肿瘤生长无明显作用。补骨脂与蔻仁有协同抑瘤作用,补骨脂复方组可显著抑制小鼠肿瘤的生长,并延长小鼠生存期。
Objective: To observe the effect of psoraleae compound on the inhibition and survival of H22 solid tumor in mice. Methods: (1) observation of tumor inhibition: mouse inoculated with H22 ascites tumor, resulting in a mouse model of liver cancer. Randomly divided into negative control group (NS group), positive control group (5-FU group), psoralen compound group, psoralen group and Kou 仁 group. ② Survival observation: The modeling method was the same as the previous one and was randomly divided into negative control group (NS group), positive control group (5-FU group) and psoralen compound group, and its effect on the life extension rate of tumor-bearing mice was observed . Results: The tumor inhibitory rates of Puxuzhi compound group, Psoralen group and Kouren group were 43.73% (P <0.05), 35.82% (P <0.05) and 3.54% respectively. The life span of the positive control group (5-FU group) and the psoralen compound group were -15% and 16% (P <0.05) respectively. Conclusion: Psoralen group has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of solid tumors. Kouren group has no obvious effect on inhibiting tumor growth. Psoralen and Kouren synergistic antitumor effect, psoralen compound group can significantly inhibit the growth of mouse tumors and prolong the survival of mice.
