【目的】观察学龄前语前聋儿童电子耳蜗植入术后的行为、社会适应能力及心理状态特点 ,探讨电子耳蜗植入术后是否对儿童的行为问题产生影响。【方法】采用儿童心理测量量表 (CBCL) ,对 2 1例电子耳蜗植入术后儿童与 35例配带助听器儿童进行行为调查 ,累计两组儿童各行为因子分值 ,并作比较。【结果】两组儿童各行为因子分值无统计学上的差异 (P>0 0 5 )。【结论】与带助听器并已达到正常听力补偿的语前聋儿童相比 ,学龄前已行电子耳蜗植入术的语前聋儿童的行为 ,社会适应能力及心理状态无明显的优势 ,术后长期的言语训练及正确的心理教育仍十分重要。
【Objective】 To observe the behavioral, social adaptability and psychological status of pre-pre-lingual deaf children after cochlear implantation and to explore whether the effects of cochlear implantation on children’s behavioral problems are investigated. 【Methods】 The behavioral investigation was performed on 21 children with cochlear implants and 35 children with hearing aids using the Child Psychological Measurement Scale (CBCL). The scores of behavior factors of two groups of children were calculated and compared. 【Results】 There was no significant difference in each behavior factor score between the two groups (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 Compared with prelingual deaf children with hearing aids who have achieved normal hearing compensation, pre-school children with pre-school cochlear implants have no obvious advantage in behavior, social adaptability and mental status after operation Long-term speech training and correct psychological education are still very important.
