本文提出:根据工艺机理按热平衡方式描述锅炉效率 yi 作为指标量,由试验利用最小二乘法回归分析采用分段线性化描述出“负荷——风量”经验曲线,按照Δt 时间里锅炉效率的变化量Δyi,利用统计检验建立判断区间进行搜索寻优,来修改经验风量,使当时的风量处于最佳数值,以此控制送、引风数字调节,实现计算机锅炉燃烧最佳控制。
In this paper, the boiler efficiency yi is described as the index quantity according to the heat balance method according to the technological mechanism, and the empirical formula of “load-air volume” is described by the piecewise linear regression using least-squares regression analysis. According to the variation of boiler efficiency in Δt time Δyi, the use of statistical tests to establish the search interval to search optimization, to modify the experience of air volume, so that the air volume at the best value, in order to control the send, induced draft digital adjustment, to achieve the best control of the computer boiler combustion.
