本文报导用长压定(敏乐血定Minoxidil)治疗17例难治性重症高血压(血压160～300/130～190毫米汞柱)患者的结果。这17例患者均对最大耐受量的常规降压药(甲基多巴、胍乙啶、肼苯哒嗪、心得安、速尿等)部分或完全耐药(在用这些药物治疗后,其卧位血压为150～240/110～130毫米汞柱)。17例年龄25～55岁。8例为良性原发性高血压,8例为恶性高血压,1例为肾血管性高血压。除1例外,所有患者均有高血压性肾硬变所致肾功能损害,3例
This article reports the results of 17 patients with refractory and severe hypertension (blood pressure 160-300 / 130-190 mmHg) treated with Minoxidil.
