分析了对校锤所用材料 Ｚ Ｇ３５ 的焊接性； 确定了 Ｚ Ｇ３５ 的焊接工艺参数； 进行了对校锤缺陷部位的焊补。结果表明， 焊补后的锤头工作性能良好， 保证了生产的顺利进行。
The weldability of ZG35, a material used in the school hammer, was analyzed. The welding process parameters of ZG35 were determined. The welding repair of the damaged part of the school hammer was carried out. The result shows that the working performance of hammer after welding is good and the smooth production is ensured.
