采用正交试验对硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物进行了力学性能试验研究.结果表明:影响硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物强度的因素依次为碱激发剂浓度、硅铝比(n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3))、碱激发剂种类.配制硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物的碱激发剂为KOH,其最佳浓度为3.0mol/L,硅铝比为4.当KOH浓度为3.6mol/L,硅铝比为4时,硅灰-氧化铝地质聚合物的抗折强度可达7.17MPa,抗压强度可达17.15MPa.
Orthogonal experiments were carried out to study the mechanical properties of silica-alumina geopolymer.The results showed that the factors influencing the strength of silica-alumina geopolymer were as follows: concentration of alkali activator, ratio of silicon to aluminum (n (SiO 2) / n (Al_2O_3)), the type of alkali activator, the basic activator of silica fume-alumina geopolymer is KOH, the optimum concentration is 3.0mol / L and the ratio of Si / Al is 4. When the KOH concentration is 3.6mol / L. When the Si / Al ratio is 4, the flexural strength of silica fume-alumina geopolymer can reach 7.17MPa and the compressive strength can reach 17.15MPa.
