本文运用电子探针、俄歇能谱、透射电镜、研究了Crl7Ni2钢回火脆性的产生原因。试验结果表明,这种钢在400~570℃回火时所产生的脆性属可逆回火脆性,并呈沿晶断裂。磷在原奥氏体晶界偏聚和质点对位错的钉扎作用是高温回火脆性的产生原因。本文还讨论了Crl7Ni2钢其它脆性的产生机理和特点,为生产中热处理工艺的制定提供了参考依据。
In this paper, the electron probe, Auger spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Crl7Ni2 steel temper brittleness was studied. The test results show that the brittleness of this steel when it is tempered at 400-570 ℃ is reversible temper brittleness and it is intergranular fracture. The segregation of phosphorus in the original austenite grain boundaries and the pinning effect of particles on the dislocations are the causes of high temperature tempering brittleness. The paper also discussed the mechanism and characteristics of other brittleness of Crl7Ni2 steel, which provided a reference for the formulation of heat treatment process in production.
