本试验旨在研究饲料中高水平维生素E对幼建鲤生长性能和消化吸收功能的影响。选用1 200尾平均体重(9.46±0.03)g的幼建鲤,随机分为8组,每组3个重复,每重复50尾鱼,分别饲喂维生素E水平为7、107、757、1 007、1 257、1 507、1 757和2 007mg/kg的试验饲料,试验期60d。结果表明,幼建鲤的增重,摄食量,蛋白质、脂肪和灰分沉积率,肝胰脏和肠道重量及蛋白质含量,以及肠道胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、脂肪酶、碱性磷酸酶和Na+,K+-ATP酶活力均随维生素E含量的增加呈先增加后降低趋势,并在饲料中维生素E含量为1 257mg/kg时达到最大值;而饲料系数则呈相反的变化趋势。与NRC推荐量组(饲料维生素E含量107mg/kg)相比,维生素E含量为1 257mg/kg组幼建鲤前、中和后肠皱襞高度分别提高了10.85%(P<0.05)、7.48%(P>0.05)和6.24%(P<0.05)。结果提示,适宜高水平的维生素E能显著促进幼建鲤生长和消化器官生长发育,并增强幼建鲤的消化吸收能力。以增重为标识,根据二次曲线法确定幼建鲤饲料中维生素E最适水平为1 106mg/kg。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of high levels of vitamin E in feed on growth performance and digestion and absorption of young Jian common carp. A total of 1 200 baby carps, average body weight (9.46 ± 0.03) g, were randomly divided into 8 groups with 3 replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate. The dietary levels of vitamin E were respectively fed as 7,107,757 and 1,007 , 1 257,1 507,1 757 and 2 007mg / kg of test feed, the test period 60d. The results showed that the weight, food intake, protein, fat and ash deposition rate, hepatopancreas and intestine weight, protein content, intestinal trypsin, chymotrypsin, lipase, alkaline phosphatase and Na + , K + -ATP activity increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of vitamin E content, and reached the maximum value when the vitamin E content was 1 257mg / kg, while the feed conversion coefficient showed the opposite trend. Compared with NRC recommended dose group (feed vitamin E content 107mg / kg), vitamin E content was 1 257mg / kg group before and after carp Cyprinus height increased by 10.85% (P <0.05), 7.48% (P> 0.05) and 6.24% (P <0.05). The results suggest that appropriate high levels of vitamin E can significantly promote the growth of young Jian and growth of digestive organs, and enhance the digestion and absorption of young Jian carp ability.
