The scientific definition of the object of economic law concerning the definition of economic law and the final establishment of the system of economic law are related to the effective application of economic law in the construction of market economy in our country. Therefore, the scientific disclosure of the contents of economic law to adjust the object has a dual meaning of theory and practice. However, since the beginning of the study of economic law in our country in the late 1970s, the theoretical research on the object of economic regulation has achieved remarkable results.
