目的:研究疏毛吴茱萸苦味拆分组分——95%乙醇洗脱组分的物质基础。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱以及HPLC等现代分离技术与方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从疏毛吴茱萸苦味拆分组分———95%乙醇洗脱组分中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为水仙苷(narcissin)(Ⅰ)、异鼠李素-3-O-半乳糖苷(isorhamnetin-3-O-galactoside)(Ⅱ)、金丝桃苷(hyperoside)(Ⅲ)、异槲皮苷(isoquercitrin)(Ⅳ)、紫丁香苷(syringoside)(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、去氢柠檬苦素(dehydrolimonin)(Ⅶ)。结论:吴茱萸苦味拆分组分———95%乙醇洗脱组分的物质基础有黄酮、柠檬苦素类等成分。化合物Ⅰ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the material basis of the fractions of bitter fruiting bodies of Fructus Evodiae - 95% ethanol. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS reverse phase column chromatography and HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from 95% ethanol elution fraction of Fructus Evodiae bitterness fraction, namely narcissin (Ⅰ), isorhamnetin-3-O- Isorhamnetin-3-O-galactoside (Ⅱ), hyperoside (Ⅲ), isoquercitrin (Ⅳ), syringoside (Ⅴ), β- Sitosterol (Ⅵ), dehydrolimonin (Ⅶ). Conclusion: Fructus evodiae bitter components - 95% ethanol elution components of the material basis of flavonoids, limonoids and other ingredients. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
