零件生产过程中的攻丝,尤其是盲孔的攻丝,一直是机械加工行业长期以来没有根本解决的问题,零件上尤其是机体上的大量丝孔,从工艺角度来看,应该是机攻比较合理。但由于没有好的通用的攻丝夹头,使机攻操作工人工作紧张,且丝锥容易损坏,引起零件的报废或返修,造成浪费。所以,在车间遇到攻丝时,总是推给钳工用手攻,但手工攻丝工作量大,劳动强度高,工作效率低,工人易疲劳。
