针对近年来无线通信的飞速发展,研制出一款高性价比的射频宽带放大器。VCA810是一款宽频带连续可调压控运算放大器,基于两级VCA810可控增益放大和一级OPA690固定增益放大,通过阻抗匹配和磁珠级联耦合,使用BNC接头等措施减少噪声、避免自激,经过调试,做成射频宽带放大器,可以实现对有效值小于1mV,频率不大于20MHZ的高频微弱信号进行0~60dB(即1~1000倍)精确不失真放大,且放大倍数连续可调。
