本文分析了我国轧辊制造业终身服务的现状,对轧辊终身服务的三个阶段进行了详细的剖析,并提出了在轧辊终身服务中对销售工程师的要求。轧辊是钢铁企业生产所需的关键性大型专用工具,其质量的好坏直接影响着钢材的产品质量、生产效率和经济效益。随着市场竞争的白热化,钢铁生产对轧辊质量的要求越来越高,这就急需搞好轧辊的终身服务。所谓轧辊的终身服务,这不仅是国内外轧辊需求市场销售环境的要求,而且是产品质量管理体系的要求,也是轧辊使用环境的要求。
This paper analyzes the status quo of life-long service in China’s roll manufacturing industry, analyzes the three phases of roll life service in detail, and proposes the requirements for sales engineers in the roll life service. Rolls are the key large-scale special tools needed by steel companies for production. Their quality directly affects the product quality, production efficiency and economic benefits of steel products. With the fierce competition in the market, steel production has become increasingly demanding on the quality of rolls. This means that there is an urgent need to do a good job of roll life services. The so-called lifetime service of rollers is not only a requirement for the sales environment of the roll market at home and abroad, but also a requirement of the product quality management system and the requirements of the roll use environment.
