通过对立式螺旋搅拌磨机的惯性力矩和摩擦力矩的分析和计算,得出了启动过程中搅拌器力矩的计算公式。分析了螺距和矿浆填充率两个因素对搅拌器启动力矩的影响,得出较大的螺旋升角和较低的填充率有利于磨机的启动。用高精密度功率表测量JM260型半工业立式螺旋搅拌磨机的启动功率,并对磨机启动力矩计算公式进行试验验证,计算值与实测值比较吻合。磨机启动力矩变化规律的研究对于磨机大型化及磨机搅拌器的优化设计都有重要意义。
Through the analysis and calculation of the moment of inertia and the friction moment of the vertical spiral mixing mill, the formula of the torque of the mixer during starting is obtained. The influences of pitch and pulp filling rate on the starting torque of the stirrer were analyzed. It was concluded that the larger helix angle and the lower filling rate were beneficial to the starting of the mill. The power of JM260 semi-industrial vertical spiral mixing mill was measured with a high-precision power meter, and the calculation formula of the starting torque of the mill was tested. The calculated value was in good agreement with the measured value. Research on the law of change of mill starting torque is of great significance to the large-scale mill and the optimization design of mill mixer.
