煤炭企业深受老的传统经济管理体制的影响,对人力资源的管理重视不够,使其发展停滞不前,大一些规模的企业基本就是沿用以前的旧的人事管理制度,在管理观念和方法上都相当落后,根本无法适应现在社会发展的需要。小规模的企业就更不用说了,基本没有人力资源管理。文章就目前我国煤炭企业在人力资源管理方面存在的不足进行探究,提出了加强现代煤炭企业人力资源管理的措施,确保煤炭企业未来的可持续发展。

This paper explores the shortcomings of China’s coal enterprises in human resources management and puts forward measures to strengthen the human resources management of modern coal enterprises so as to ensure the sustainable development of coal enterprises in the future.
