军航规范与民航规范的差异造成军民合用机场在设计和施工中存在分歧。针对水泥混凝土道面表面的设计和施工控制指标展开研究。从道面宏观和微观构造特征入手,结合现行规范分别讨论道面摩擦系数、纹理深度及平整度;从道面-胎摩擦系统出发,结合现场实测数据的回归公式对道面拉毛机理展开了分析;结合现场实测数据的对比、积水宣泄能力和耐久性探讨道面刻槽机理;利用实际数据建立了刻槽前后平均纹理深度h1和h2与道面摩擦系数f之间的回归公式。研究发现:平均纹理深度相较于摆式摩擦仪更适合用于水泥混凝土道面的现场施工控制,并提出了军民合用机场水泥混凝土道面表面的设计思路及施工控制指标。
Differences between the norms of navigational aids and civil aviation standards have led to differences in the design and construction of military and civilian airports. Aiming at the design and construction control index of cement concrete pavement surface, Starting from the macroscopic and microstructural features of the pavement, the friction coefficient, texture depth and flatness of the pavement were discussed in combination with the current codes respectively. Based on the pavement-tire friction system, the paving mechanism was analyzed based on the regression formula of on-site measured data The regression equation between the average depths h1 and h2 before and after the groove and the friction coefficient f of the road surface was established based on the comparison of the measured data in the field, the catharsis capacity and durability of the water catchment. The results show that the average depth of texture is more suitable for on-site construction control of cement concrete pavement than the pendulum friction tester, and the design ideas and construction control indexes of cement concrete pavement surface at civil-military airport are proposed.
