各种类型的混凝土(高和易性的或其他的)无论是新浇筑的或是已硬化的,虽然名义上是同一批量,但在实质上差异很大。其主要原因是在配料和拌制阶段缺少控制。如能加强控制,不仅能减少差异,而且能获得较为经济的拌合物。在已经规定了拌制规程的条件下,有许多因素足以改变和影响已硬化混凝土的性质(图1)。每种配合成分的数量固然重要,但还有一些原因会造成质量上的差别,例如水泥性能在转辗运输途中发生的变化,以及骨料的级配和形状等。
Various types of concrete (highly versatile or otherwise), whether newly cast or hardened, although nominally the same batch, vary substantially in nature. The main reason is the lack of control during the ingredients and mixing stages. If you can strengthen control, not only can reduce the difference, but also can obtain a more economical blend. There are many factors that can change and influence the properties of hardened concrete under the conditions that have been specified in the mixing procedure (Figure 1). The amount of each component is of course important, but there are some reasons that can cause quality differences, such as changes in cement properties during transit, and aggregate gradation and shape of the aggregate.
