针对富含硫化铁矿结核体的薄煤层开采作业,基于MSCADAMS三维仿真建模软件对某型采煤机截割部建立刚柔耦合有限元模型,并通过MSCADAMS输出的载荷文件对摇臂壳体进行瞬时动力学分析,找出摇臂壳体的设计缺陷,为优化采煤机设计提供参考。
Aimed at the thin coal seam mining operation with iron sulphide nodules, a rigid-flexible coupling finite element model was established for the cutting department of a shearer based on MSCADAMS three-dimensional simulation modeling software and the load file output by MSCADAMS was used to simulate the rocker arm shell The instantaneous dynamic analysis is carried out to find out the design flaws of the rocker arm housing and provide reference for optimizing the design of shearer.
