通过分析传统拉吊索存在的病害原因及其改进措施的不足,提出了将不锈钢丝应用于拉吊索的思路。提出了用于拉吊索高强不锈钢丝的强度、断裂延伸率等技术指标的目标要求。选择适合的不锈钢反复进行了力学和工艺性能试验。通过试炼得到了高强、高延性的不锈钢,并继续进行了力学及工艺性能试验,最终得到了符合桥梁拉吊索用的高强不锈钢丝,并提出了下一步的研发方向。
By analyzing the causes of the existing pull sling and the defects of the improvement measures, the idea of applying the stainless steel wire to slings is proposed. The target requirements of the technical indicators such as the strength of the high strength stainless steel wire rope and the elongation at break are proposed. Select the appropriate stainless steel repeated mechanical and technological performance tests. The stainless steel with high strength and high ductility has been obtained through trial and continuous mechanical and technological performance tests. Finally, the high strength stainless steel wire meeting the requirements of bridge pull slings has been obtained and the next research and development direction has been put forward.
