本文从节能的观点定义了涡轮式工作机械的两种运行方式,指出两种运行方式的节能最佳工况,由此定义了离心泵特性曲线的自然边界,并找出确定其位置的方法:从原点出发做功率特性曲线的切线,其切点处即对应于自然边界,当多管路并联运行时,工况点必须在此点左侧。由于自然边界都在工业利用区右边界之外,故工业利用区的右边界在运行中是可以突破的。
This article defines two operating modes of the turbine-type working machine from the viewpoint of energy-saving, and points out the optimal working conditions for energy conservation of the two operating modes. This defines the natural boundary of the characteristic curve of the centrifugal pump and finds the method for determining its position: Starting from the origin, the tangent of the power characteristic curve is made. The tangent point corresponds to the natural boundary. When multiple pipelines are operated in parallel, the working point must be on the left side of this point. Since the natural boundary is outside the right boundary of the industrial utilization zone, the right boundary of the industrial utilization zone can be broken in operation.
