为研究魔芋低聚精对小鼠实验性高脂血症的降脂作用,采用灌胃法建立小鼠高脂血症模型及魔芋低聚精实验组,测定多项生化指标.结果表明魔芋低聚精可明显降低小鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,而同时升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及其与总胆固醇的比值.为魔芋低聚精防治高脂血症及动脉硬化等保健功能的开发提供了实验依据.
In order to study the hypoglycemic effect of konjac oligomer on experimental hyperlipidemia in mice, the mice model of hyperlipidemia and konjac oligo-oligodendrocyte were established by gavage, and a number of biochemical indexes were determined. The results showed that konjac oligomer can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels, while increasing serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol ratio. It provides an experimental basis for the development of konjac oligomer to prevent hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis and other health care functions.
